Treat! AKA, black moss.
Margaret was the first to try the black moss. I have her reactions from before and after. Keep in mind, they you really had to work yourself up to eating this since it looked like cow diarrhea and smelt like dirt.
Getting herself psyched up!
Is it tasty or nasty?
Fortunately, it didn't taste all that bad. Kind of tasted what you think hay or alfalfa would taste like. Too bad the texture and look of it wasn't so gross.
Our separation began during the wee hours of the monring on Thursday, March 24, 2011. At 3:00am, I was pulled out of bed to drive Margaret to the Spokane airport. It was a tough good-bye for the both of us, but we knew that we had to separate.
On Friday, I drove myself to the clinic and along the way, I stopped and took some pictures. This is our view every day to and from the reservation!
The rock on Charles Road!
Margaret flew across the country back to Florida for her brother, Doug's, wedding. The happy couple, Doug and Hope, finally got hitched! Congratulations you two!
Hope's entrance....so gorgeous!
You may now kiss the bride!
While Margaret was roasting away in the heat in Florida, I drove myself on over to Seattle to visit Amos Eshel! On the way, I took advantage of the beautiful scenery!
The Columbia Basin in Washington
While there, we watched the Gator's last game in the basketball tournament and a lot of Dexter Season 3. But we did manage to go to Pike's Place Market!
Me and Amos!!!!!!
The Space Needle
After a few days, I was missing my other half and got to pick her up from the airport at midnight Sunday night! Reunited at last!
